The location was mind-blowing, just a short distance from the motorway and city center. The rooms were super, with comfy beds and good showers. The restaurant was jaw-dropping, offering a delicious breakfast buffet and excellent dining options. The staff were friendly and polite, providing great helpful service. The amenities were fantastic, including secure underground parking, free wi-fi, a bar/lounge area, and a flat-screen TV in the room. Additionally, there were facilities for table tennis, hiking, and cycling. They even allowed pets and had air conditioning throughout. No smoking on site. We were always left with a super positive impression after each stay.

The hotel was easy to reach by car. Our room had a balcony and very comfortable beds, and was clean and spacious. I am allergic to mold, so I chose this hotel because it was not in the area of Passau that floods easily and was a relatively newer building. I also appreciated the plentiful parking. The restaurant was also very pleasant. We had an excellent breakfast. We also had dinner there. The restaurant has a pleasant feel and good Bavarian food.

It was a very nice hotel with a nice staff. The room was very comfortable and the price was very low for the luxury ans quality of the hotel.

The unexpected closure upon my late arrival was quickly resolved, and a note in English for foreign travellers would be a helpful addition. The breakfast in the sunny garden was a delightful way to start the day.

The hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate us when we arrived late due to traffic problems. Despite the restaurant being closed, the receptionist made a call and the chef prepared a delicious and personalized meal for us. The service was excellent and we felt truly taken care of as a family.

My wife says that the shower stalls were uncomfortable and not well designed.

The rooms, with their warm ambience, gave me the feeling of stepping into a cozy haven. I can confidently say that the service at this hotel is truly exceptional.

While the hotel's service was impeccable, I did have one minor concern. When I needed a few extra hours for a late check-out, I was surprised to learn that there was a charge of €88.

The hotel staff at Dreiflussehof Haupthaus were incredibly thoughtful and considerate. When a thunderstorm approached and we wanted to move our car to the underground garage, we couldn't find it. A sign would have helped. However, the friendly staff went above and beyond to assist us. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is an excellent choice for a comfortable stay. the rooms are modern, well-decorated and spacious, with all the modern fitments. the bathrooms are equipped with large showers and plenty of space. the staff is very kind and polite, providing a high-class restaurant experience, even offering to arrange sandwiches outside of regular kitchen hours. the breakfast selection is varied and delicious. the hotel is located near two supermarkets, although it's not in the old town, but reasonably close and on a hill.

One minor inconvenience may be the distance to other restaurants in the area.
